Attack on Titan fans all around the globe are waiting eagerly for the release date of Season 4 Part 2 Episode 12. This episode would mark the 87th episode of the series and for now, is the final episode of the series.
Unfortunately, those waiting eagerly for tomorrow will have to wait just a little bit longer. As you can probably tell from the title of this article, the series finale episode has indeed been delayed.
Whats Happening?
With a majority of the anime community waiting for the episode where Connie, Armin, Mikasa, Reiner, Annie, and other members were finally ready to confront Eren. And with many excitedly waiting for Eren to finally return after being missing from the series for the past couple of episodes, it’s understandable that some are frustrated with the delay.
So…why exactly is the delay happening? Attack on Titan has been following a pretty organized weekly release schedule so what’s behind this sudden delay? Well as the official anime website confirmed, the episode has been delayed due to the special broadcast of AnimeJapan 2022.
New Release Date
As can be seen on the above-linked website, the new release date for episode 87 has been confirmed. The episode is now set to release a week after its original release date. Meaning we can expect to see the episode released on April 3rd, 2022. Below you can find exactly what time the episode will drop in your local time.
Pacific Time: Sunday, 1:45 PM, April 3rd
Central Time: Sunday, 3:45 PM, April 3rd
Eastern Time: Sunday, 4:45 PM, April 3rd
British Time: Sunday, 8:45 PM, April 3rd
