Following a 70-minute-long final episode premiere of Demon Slayer season 3 in Japan, Season 4 of the series was officially announced. Demon Slayer season 4 will cover the hashira training arc which takes place in volumes 15 and 16 of the manga series.
Demon Slayer season four is adapting the hashira training arc, which centers around Tanjiro’s rigorous preparation under the mentorship of Himejima, the Stone Hashira.
The training required to ascend to the rank of a Hashira—one of the highest positions within the Demon Slayer Corps—is arduous and grueling. Despite the uphill task of securing Himejima’s endorsement, Tanjiro persists and does not surrender to the difficulties.
Tanjiro will also meet up with Zenitsu and Inosuke as they together train under the Stone Hashira.
On the other side, Muzan is relentlessly pursuing the whereabouts of Nezuko and Ubuyashiki.
Is there an official release date for Demon Slayer season 4? There is no official release date has been announced for the upcoming season. However, according to early rumors, season 4 is already in production.
Meaning fans will likely won’t have to wait that much longer to see Hashira Training arc being animated.

How many episodes will Hashira Training Arc have?
Demon Slayer Hashira Training arc is adapting only two volumes (15 and 16) from the manga consisting of only eight chapters, from chapter 128 to chapter 136.
If no new content is added, season 4 will likely be ten or fewer episodes. However, there is no official confirmation on the episode count revealed yet.
