Later, Ibara boards every island member onto his ship to find the imposter. Senku decides to show the real face of Ibara by showing his people the actual statue of the ruler.
As a team goes to fetch the statue, they find it in pieces. Soyuz remembers his childhood after touching the statue and the ruler being his father.

The next episode starts with the Science Team being backed into a corner. As a last chance, they revive an old enemy, Hyoga, to fight Moz.
Moz tries to convince Hyoga initially, but as Hyoga’s friends are still living a good life, he decides to join Senku’s team.
Ibara tries to send Kirisame to the island on the ship with the certification device. But she worries about the island king, so Ibara takes care of her.
As Ibara thinks of doing the same to everyone else, Yo pushes the trigger over Ibara. This causes the certification device to fall deep inside the ocean.
