English sub and dub film, Jujutsu Kaisen 0 will finally release on Crunchyroll on Wednesday, September 21. To celebrate the announcement, the Crunchyroll YouTube channel has released a celebratory trailer for Jujutsu Kaisen 0.
Jujutsu Kaisen film 0 adapts the prequel manga to Jujutsu Kaisen series titled “Jujutsu Kaisen volume 0”. The film focuses on Yuta Okkotsuki, who is a student of Gojo. When Yuta was a young boy, his childhood friend Rika died in front of him in a car accident. He later experienced Rika’s curse, which caused her to transform into a cursed spirit. Gojo welcomes Yuta to the magic high school and promises to end Rika’s curse there.
Crunchyroll has not revealed the exact release time for Jujutsu Kaisen 0; other than that it will be available on the platform on September 21. CountdownIn March 2018, Gege Akutami debuted the Jujutsu kaisen manga series in the Weekly Shonen Jump publication. But this film is based on a one-shot manga that was released in Shueisha’s Jump Giga magazine in April 2017. The anime adaptation of the series was chosen by Studio Mappa and debuted in 2020. Mappa Studio also provided the animation for the film 0. Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 is set to release in 2023.
