The Reason for the Delay

Murata apologized for the delay with the following statement:

I apologize for the delay in the announcement, and regret to inform you that there will be no new chapter of “One Punch Man” in this week’s issue of “Tonari no Young Jump.” I appreciate your understanding and patience.

Murata revealed that the reason behind the break is because of him not feeling very well for a month now. Nevertheless, he has significantly recovered and reiterated that he will resume working on the manga.

Also, the break shouldn’t take long because chapter 183, which the author confirmed was supposed to be released on April 20, 2023, is already ready to be published and is expected to be released on June 1, 2023.
