Episode 9 starts with Loid sensing something suspicious on the ship, so he leaves Anya at a daycare. He comes out in disguise and helps the ship staff disarm a bomb.

As he does this, Anya escapes from the daycare and helps Yor. This helps Yor win her battle as Anya runs away. Loid has also disarmed the bomb, but more are on the ship.

Anya manages to hear an assassin’s thoughts and manages to inform a staff member of the bomb’s location. But as there is no time to disarm it, Loid throws the bomb into the ocean.

Yor has now been awarded a day off, which she is advised to spend with her family.
