Episode 7 starts with Rentarou falling instantly in love with Kusuri as they cross paths one day. The next day, Rentarou goes to the chemistry lab to check on her.
He witnesses a little girl there who does a lot of experiments on him and later reveals she is the same girl he saw yesterday. They later confess, and Rentarou introduces her to his other girlfriends.
Kusuri gives each girl a new drug, which increases their appeal, but things turn south pretty quickly. Later, Kusuri leaves, telling them not to drink Rentarou’s tea, which is separate.
But as always, they all drink Rentarou’s tea, thus making all four girls a love-thirsty beast. Now, it is a race against time to save them.

The next episode shall continue the zombie-kiss apocalypse as all four girlfriends chase after Rentarou and Kusuri.
First, he encounters Shizuka, who he hangs in the nurse’s room. Then, he is encountered by Hakari and Karane, both of whom are trapped in diving into one another.
Later, he encounters Nano in the chemistry lab. As he decides to hide in a cupboard, he finds Kusuri hiding there. Kusuri tries to go into her teenage form to stop Nano, but it doesn’t work.
Rentaoru tires out Nano until Kusuri makes a drug to turn everyone back to normal.
