The story revolves around Masamune Okumura, an otaku and president of his high school manga club, who has devoted his heart to his favorite 2D character, Lilliel. His world takes a turn when Lilysa Amano, a talented cosplayer, joins the club and begins to challenge his rigid separation of 2D and 3D worlds.
Studio and Production Team
The anime adaptation has been brought to life by J.C. Staff, a studio with a long history of producing high-profile series, including Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma and One Punch Man (Season 2). The production team for season 1 included:
