Tokyo Revengers: Draken’s Voice Actor Is Back After 1 Year Brake Due To Controversy

Tatsuhisa Suzuki, who is known for voicing Draken of Tokyo Revengers anime series, will resume his activities after 1 year of brake.

Tokyo Revengers fans feared that Draken’s voice actor might be changed after Tatsuhisa Suzuki announced an indefinite hiatus from all kinds of professional activities. Unfortunately, these fears came true when the Tokyo Revengers production committee announced that Suzuki will no longer voice Draken in season 2.

On March 7, The I’m Enterprise agency reported that voice actor Suzuki has resumed his professional activities. The agency explained that after his health recovered, he has been gradually returning to work.

The voice actor, Tatsuhisa Suzuki had allegation that he was having an extramarital relationship with a co-worker. After the news surfaced online, Suzuki got into a lot of trouble in the anime industry, as he started losing voice acting roles. He was removed from “The Misfit of Demon King Academy”, where Suzuki was voicing the lead the protagonist, Anos Voldigoad, and was replaced for Kibana’s voice in Pokemon anime series.

Suzuki’s wife, LiSA, who is a well known anime singer, also went on hiatus due to mental and physical fatigue. LiSA has already announced that she is back from hiatus.
