Episode 9 continues the fight between Victhor and the Negators as Fuuko has some plan in mind. So, she rushes towards Andy with Top, one of the negators.
As she reaches Andy, she wraps around him to make her unluck appear as hard as possible. As Victhor is pretty dominant over Andy, she fires a bullet into Victhor’s skull to contact Andy.
As she does, he wakes up, and they share an intimate moment, which activates Fuuko’s maximum unluck. As she wakes up afterward, Andy is now back.
As they catch up on what happened when Victhor overcame Andy, they are called to the negators’ meeting, where Apocolypse will announce the results.

The next episode will see Apocolypse telling the negators the results of the quests they were given. As all quests weren’t completed as instructed, the negators must now face a penalty.
This penalty starts with the generation of the “UMA Galaxy,” which alternates the universe according to some free will.
Due to this, aliens attack the Earth, and Juiz has to face them. As she rejects their offer to hand over the Earth, they start to wreak havoc.
As negotiations cannot be reached, Juiz reveals her face, and her negator ability is uncovered as “Un-Justice,” which causes the aliens to run away from Earth.
