Fans were eagerly for Hajime Isayama masterpiece “Attack on Titan”, and finally we have the release date when Attack on Titan Final Season will be released.
Attack on Titan manga series written and illustrated by Hajime Isayama, was picked up by Wit Studio for anime adaptation. After 3 seasons, Studio Wit backed out from further animating the series. Mappa Studio took the responsibility to animate the season 4 which will animate the remaining story of Attack on Titan.
Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2 Release Date
Attack on Titan final season part 1 premiered in Dec 2020, which had a total number of 16 episodes. After the end of the first part, it was announced that Final season part 2 will begin in Winter 2022 but no exact release date was revealed.
On August 22, through the official Twitter account of Attack on Titan, it was announced that Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2 Is Scheduled For Jan 2022. Attack on Titan Final season part 2 first episode is titled “Condemnation”. Before the episode broadcast, a special program will be held (maybe to recap what happened in previous Attack on Titan seasons.
Although Mappa Studio have not released a trailer for Attack on Titan yet but a key visual was released on Mappa Stage 10th anniversary.
Attack on Titan director Yuichiro Hayashi shared this message about release date:
Thank you for waiting! The final season part 2 will start in January next year! From the large scale battle in Shiganshina to the story of origin of Titans, we are actually approaching the climax. We are also taking on many new challenges in term of images. How that scene will be visualized … please look forward to it

What happened in Attack on Titan final season part 1?
Attack on Titan Season 4 part 1 was full of shocking twists and surprises for anime fans. We saw how Eren infiltrated enemy country Marley and did not hesitate to kill even innocent civilians. This surprising change in Eren’s character was shocking for fans as a protagonist doing these cruel things to innocent is unheard of in anime.
What will happen in part 2?
Mappa studio producer announced that they will adapt the full story of Attack on Titan into anime, so fans can rest easy as we will get a proper ending for Attack on Titan. If Season 4 part 1 surprised, than you will enjoy part 2 even better. (Manga spoilers ahead) so Eren’s friends don’t like how Eren is doing things, they disagree with his actions of killing innocent people. Even though they know that what Eren is doing will benefit the paradise island and eldian people, they want to stop him at any cost. An all out war will begin between Eren and Alliance (Armin, Mikasa, Jean, Reiner and Annie).
Attack on Titan manga was first published in September 2009 and ended in April 2020. Manga has been collected in total of 34 volumes. Attack on Titan manga is one of the best selling manga of all time, so far more than 100 million copies are sold worldwide.
