Dragon Ball Super manga series will be returning after several months of break, this time shifting its focus away from Goku and Vegeta, and will focus more on the character development of the future generation, Goten and Trunks.
The new information about the Dragon Ball Super manga return comes from V-Jump magazine’s recently released issue, which confirms that Dragon Ball Super will return with chapter 88 on December 20, 2022.
The new info also confirms that “Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero” is a canon film, because the next arc of the manga takes place just before the events of the DBS: Super Hero film. The new arc serves as a prequel to the film.
Teenage Goten and Trunks can be seen in their superhero costume in the recently released poster. Gohan and Piccolo can also be seen in the picture. In the panel, Piccolo says to Gohan “Now get out there and end this!.” Furthermore, Gohan and Piccolo will be seen a lot more in this arc.
According to rumours, Broly will also make an appearance in the manga in this arc, but this is yet to be confirmed so take this information with a grain of salt. Are you excited to see the new protagonist for the Dragon Ball Super series? Let us know your opinion in the comment section down below.
