As they reach their last try to convince him to join their party, he explains his reason for not leaving, which infuriates his brother.
As they sort things out, he joins Frieren’s party as they reach their destination.

The next day, Frieren’s party is traveling to the next town on a carriage. Suddenly, the carriage is lifted by a monster.
As they plan to go downwards, Frieren messes up, and they all fall. But they manage to make it in one piece.
