Levi Ackerman Figure Goes Viral As It Looks Nothing Like Levi

DOCOMO company launched a special Levi Ackerman figure as part of the collaboration with Attack on Titan franchise. This limited figure was being sold at 13,000 Yen ($115 US) at one point.

As only the 500 units were made, it sold out quickly. However, when the items started arriving, several Japanese fans started complaining that the figure that arrived were broken, and the product quality was way cheaper.

One of the most discussed topics was the shape of Levi’s face, which had an expression never seen on the real Levi’s face. The fans started a petition on Change.org to remake the Levi figure. In response to that, Docomo company apologized saying:

We apologize for the negative opinions on the figure that were waiting in advance. We are currently thinking about how to deal with the matter, so we will contact you as soon as possible

A century ago, humans faced extinction when an unbeatable and terrifying enemy appeared: the Titans, gigantic monsters that devoured much of humanity and forced the few survivors to confine themselves behind high walls. Behind those walls is Eren Jaeger, a boy who dreams of crossing them to see the outside world and who lives his day to day with his parents, his adoptive sister Mikasa Ackerman and his friend Armin Arlert.

However, one fateful day, humanity remembers its fate once again when a gargantuan sixty meter titan appears before the first row of walls that protect humans from their most fearsome enemy. Thus, Eren, Mikasa and Armin lose their home and all hope as our protagonist takes an oath: his goal in life will be to destroy all the titans. In this way, a story of survival and war begins in which its characters must unravel the mystery behind the existence of these horrible beings.
