Rie Takahashi is a talented and popular voice actress known for her exceptional performances in a range of anime series, including Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo!, Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu, and Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san, among many others. Specifically, she recommended that fans trim their nails, avoid getting drunk, and, most importantly, take a bath! Takahashi even added a label that read, “You don’t want to bother someone with your smell.”
The post generated a lot of attention on Japanese social media, with some fans finding it amusing while others were offended. Some fans expressed disbelief that anyone needed to be reminded to bathe, while others pointed out that Takahashi was being considerate to others attending the event.

Takahashi will be reprising her role as Megumin in the upcoming Konosuba spin-off anime series KONOSUBA: An Explosion on This Wonderful World, which will premiere in April 2023.
