The Mushoku Tensei anime series’ first season ended a few months ago, and according to many fans, it was the best anime of the year when it comes to the story and the animation. Although, the production committee has not announced season 2 of the series yet, fans will be able to enjoy an un-aired Mushoku Tensei episode in March.
On February 14, it was announced that Mushoku Tensei unaired episode will be pre-screened in Japan on March 6. The episode will be released in the fourth Blu-ray volume of the series on March 16. A new trailer for the episode has been released on the official Toho Animation YouTube channel.
The episode is titled “Eris Goblin’s Subjugation”, which will center around Eris’s solo adventure, where she will meet “someone”, and slay goblins together. The events of the episode occur around the time when Rudy meets Paul and they have a fight.
The official website also revealed that Ryota Osaka will voice the new character, Cliff in the episode. Cliff is a young male sorcerer. Ryota Osaka is known for voicing Gyutaro in Demon Slayer, Akaashi in Haikyuu, and Maou in The Devil Is A Part Timer.
The Mushoku Tensei anime is based on the light novel series of the same name, written by Rifujin na Magonote. The series has received a manga adaptation by Yuka Fujikawa since June 2014. A 23 episode anime series was produced by Studio Bind, which aired in January 2021.
The series tells the story of a middle age man who gets reincarnated into another world as a child. In his previous life when he died, he had so many regrets. So when he gets a second chance in his life, he vows to make the best out of given opportunities.
