My Dress-Up Darling Season 2, which was originally announced on September 17, 2022, has now been confirmed for a 2025 release window.

My Dress-Up Darling (Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru), created by Shinichi Fukuda, is a romantic comedy manga that began serialization in Square Enix’s Young Gangan on January 19, 2018.
The manga focuses on Wakana Gojo, a high school student passionate about crafting traditional hina dolls, and Marin Kitagawa, his outgoing and cosplay-obsessed classmate. When Marin discovers Wakana’s sewing skills, she enlists his help to create cosplay outfits, forming a unique partnership that drives the story.
The first season of the anime, produced by CloverWorks, aired from January to March 2022 and adapted approximately Chapters 1-39 of the manga (Volumes 1-5).
Season 2: What to Expect
Season 2 was initially announced over two years ago, in September 2022, during an official event celebrating the anime’s success. Since then, updates about the sequel have been sparse, which led to considerable speculation among fans.
