My Hero Academia Manga Series Will End In 1 Year

My Hero Academia author, Horikoshi revealed in Jump Festa 2022 that manga series will finish in 1 year if things go according to the plan.

The author said that he plans to end the manga in 1 year, however, if things changed, he will ask Deku’s voice actor to read another statement on next years Jump Festa. Horikoshi also revealed that Bakugo will have a huge role to play in the final act of the story. He hopes that fans who love and hate Bakugo will enjoy the story.

Jump Festa 2022 also revealed that My Hero Academia season 6 will release in Fall 2022. A trailer was released for season 6, which you can watch down below:

My Hero Academia manga is written and drawn by Kohei Horikoshi. The manga started serialization in July 2014, and the series has been collected into 32 volumes. The manga series is produced by Studio Bones.

The first season of the anime had 13 episodes which premiered in April 2016 and second season had 25 episodes which premiered in April 2017. The third season had 25 episodes which premiered in 2018 and fourth season have just ended. Fifth season is scheduled for Spring 2021.
