One Piece Author Reveals How He Spends His Money

One Piece is not only one of the most popular anime and manga series of all time, but the series has also made a Guinness World Record for selling the most comics sold. It should be a no-brainer that since the manga series is selling so well, the creator of the series, Eiichiro Oda, will be earning a lot of money from One Piece.

One Piece author money

Eiichiro Oda’s net worth is more than $200 million, and he is the richest manga author of all time. Many of us have wondered how Eiichiro Oda spends his money, considering that he works all day and night and only sleeps 3 hours a day. Eiichiro Oda’s sleep schedule is that he wakes up at 5 AM, works all day and night, and goes to bed at 2 AM. After submitting the manuscript of the next manga chapter, Oda takes 1 day off and sleeps off the rest of the week.

Since Eiichiro Oda doesn’t have that much free time that he could enjoy a long vacation away from his office, he bought some amazing stuff for his workplace decoration. A TV interview occurred at Oda’s office, revealing that Oda owns a life-size giraffe, a Shark bathroom, a life-size statue of Terminator, and a Dragon Bath.

Eiichiro Oda started writing the One Piece manga series in July 1997 in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. The manga series has been collected into 103 volumes, and Eiichiro Oda wants to end the manga in 3 years.
