One Piece creator, Eiichiro Oda has stated that he will draw the biggest war in One Piece manga after Wano arc. Eiichiro Oda, who recently achieved a new milestone of publishing 1000 chapters of One Piece will be drawing the biggest war ever in One Piece.
Is One Piece Ending In 5 Years?
Now that the Wano Arc is close to end in One Piece manga, fans can expect more action from the series. In 2020, a fan asked Eiichiro Oda about “Is One Piece Ending In 5 Years?” This is what Oda answered:
Yes. But rather than saying serialization ends, I would say it’s over because the most interesting part of Luffy’s adventure, the story of what is One Piece exactly? is done at that point.
Right now Wano arc is heating, but if Luffy is to leave there safe and sound, it’ll lead to a worldly development , an exciting story no one has ever read, I’ll be drawing the “Biggest War” of OP history.
It’ll be very interesting!! And so, I made the announcement to notify the readers and make them realize that “this long story is actually heading towards its end. But, right now you should be enjoying the exciting Wano country arc. I’ll draw it with all I’ve got!!””
This interview answered two of the most awaited questions from One Piece fans. First, One Piece manga is not ending in 5 years but the main part of the story will be concluded in 5 years. Second, Marine Ford Arc did not have the biggest war in One Piece manga, and the biggest war is yet to come after Wano Arc.
One Piece Live Action Series
Currently, One Piece tv series is adapting the Wano Arc and roughly one year behind the manga. Furthermore, a One Piece live action series is also in the works by Netflix. Good thing is that One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda is closely involved with production of One Piece Live action series.
One Piece is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda. It has been serialized in Shueisha’s shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump since July 1997. Crunchyroll describes the One Piece series as following:
“Monkey. D. Luffy refuses to let anyone or anything stand in the way of his quest to become the king of all pirates. With a course charted for the treacherous waters of the Grand Line and beyond, this is one captain who’ll never give up until he’s claimed the greatest treasure on Earth: the Legendary One Piece!”
