After the shocking cliffhanger that MAPPA left us on with Attack On Titan: The Final Season Part 2, the studio has officially come forward with an exciting new announcement!

Attack On Titan: Final Season Special Event Announced! | Anime Senpai

Back in April when Part Two of the hit series ended many fans were excited over the prospect of an Attack on Titan movie to wrap up the animated series. However, some fans were quickly disappointed upon the announcement of the Final Season: Part Three. It was also announced then that the final part of the series (for sure this time) would be airing early 2023 in the Winter season.

Since then we haven’t heard much news surrounding the series, that was until earlier today! Although not a lot of information, it was announced that Attack in Titan Final Season will be hosting a special event on November 13th, 2022. Meaning that we can probably expect more information on the final part then. As of the writing of this article, we have no idea what this special event could be, but we can definitely speculate!

Most likely the event will just be to announce an official release date alongside a short teaser trailer and an interview with multiple people involved with the project including the creator himself, Hajime Isayama. Since this is a returning series we already know a majority of the cast and seeing as how the first visual for the anime was released already there isn’t much else that can be included.

One can hope that after hearing from fans MAPPA might have decided to adapt the final few chapters of the manga into a movie instead of a Third Part. But as of yet, there are no rumours pointing to this, perhaps we might hear some news closer to the event date itself.

But tell us, what do you think we will hear during this announcement? As always, we here at Anime Senpai love hearing your thoughts and reactions to all of our news! Be sure to share it with us in the comments section below!
