Chapter 161 Recap
Before we jump into chapter 161’s spoilers, let’s do a quick recap of what went down in the most recent release of Blue Lock, chapter 161, titled, ‘Bee Shot.’
After dribbling through most of the German team in the last chapter it’s finally time for Bachira and Kunigami to play against each other. However as you can see in the chapter itself, Kunigami’s strength is no match for Bachira’s new dribble style, Ginga X Monster!
After passing through his old friend Bachira manages to pass to one of his Spanish teammates, who in turn passes straight to Otoya. Using his stealthy techniques Otoya is able to get the ball and pull the defence away from Bachira, giving Bachira enough space to slip through. With Bachira now in a clear open position the stealthy ninja passes it right back and Bachira scores the perfect goal, Bee Shot!
With the German team now losing, 1 – 0 it’s time for Kaiser’s counter-attack, “execution!”
Chapter 162 Spoilers
Now that we are all caught up, let’s dive right into chapter 162. Warning, however, raws for the upcoming chapter are already out so there are confirmed spoilers below, you have been warned.
With Bachira scoring a goal last chapter The German team is in full counter-attack mode. After starting the play and passing the ball over to Ness, Kaiser rushes forward through the Spanish team’s defensive line leaving Ness to deal with the players.
And deal with them he does! In fact, Ness is handling the ball so well that Raichi compliments him and even goes as far as to say that, with anyone as excellent as Ness behind you, anyone could score a goal. Isagi, (still in commentator mode), watches as Kaiser and Ness handle the ball in different ways and pass to each other, both never wasting a movement.
After Ness gets blocked off by some strong defence he kicks the ball off in Kaiser’s direction and the magic starts. While running forward Kaiser dribbles the ball until he has a position to shoot, Bachira who is closest to him starts running in to defend but before Bachira can even move the ball has been shot! Right past the Spanish goalie and into the net! This is Kaiser’s “execution.”
Isagi is beyond impressed, labelling Kaiser as an ultimate genius. One that plays better than any of the other ‘geniuses’ Isagi has encountered. Noel Noah the captain of this German team even praises Kaiser and tells his team that Kaiser’s right leg shot is the fastest in the world. In fact, it even surpasses his own!
As the chapter comes to a close Isagi begins to understand the “Kaiser Impact!”
