Blue Lock is a Japanese manga series by Muneyuki Kaneshiro, illustrated by Yusuke Nomura. It has been serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine since August 2018.

In episode 3, After playing a rock, paper and scissors game, Isagi emerges as a winner and is the striker for the upcoming test. However, the other members are very pissed about this decision, as Blue Lock’s ideology is to be selfish.

The first match is against team X, and only the winning team and the person who scores the goal will be able to proceed to the next round.

The game starts with Isagi making a run toward the opposition defence, but the ball from his feet by Raichi, followed by Kunigami, who takes the ball away from him, which the entire team follows.

While everyone was arguing about who would be the leading man, a player broke the clumsy space by plans and ran towards team Z’s goal; his name was Barou Shouei.

With less than five mint of time left, they had already conceded five, and it looked like a game over for them when Bachira teamed up with Isagi to score a goal.

Now it’s do or die situation for them. If they lose any upcoming games, they will end up exiting the tournament.

Blue Lock episode 4 is scheduled to be released on Saturday, October 29, 2022. Crunchyroll will be streaming the anime to North American fans. Muse Asia and Netflix will be streaming the series in selected regions.
