After last week’s amazing but brutal cliffhanger fans of the MHA series have been patiently waiting for the latest chapter. Unfortunately, fans will have to keep waiting till next week because My Hero Academia is on break! It’s not all sad, however, because a break only leaves us with more to theorize and discuss what could happen in next week’s chapter!
Hold on! Just because the manga is on break doesn’t mean that we don’t have any info regarding the upcoming chapter. We still have the new release date as well as a recap as to what went down in the latest chapter. We have all of this and more, so be sure to read on!
Chapter 349 Recap
Since there’s no new chapter this week there are no spoilers to jump into, hence no reason to do a recap, but let’s still go over what happened in chapter 349. For those unlike myself who may have forgotten.
The chapter starts off with Deku “flying” towards Shigaraki’s “cage.” To accomplish this Deku is using multiple of his quirks including, float, fa-jin, and air force. And since Deku is out at sea there is nothing to use blackwhip on. As the young hero stresses out he ponders if he should OFA to its 100% power, he is about to when his thoughts are interrupted by the second OFA user.
He very quickly calms Deku down by saying that his gear can’t even withstand 100%. On top of this if he did use his power to 100% he would have no energy when it comes to the actual fight. And with these counterarguments, Deku calms down and continues his path to Shigaraki’s “cage.”
With Deku leaving Toga’s “cage” Tsuyu and Uraraka are left to face off against Toga all alone. Although we only get a small tease of what’s to come from his fight we do get to see Toga reaching for her vials of blood. Could she be reaching for Twice’s blood?!
From there we jump to Dabi where he seems to be lighting everything he can find and see on fire. Alongside him are tons of Nomu’s with different quirks. From the side we see Ida struggling to get into the fight due to the heat and the risk they put on his engines. Regardless we see Ida’s partner, Todoroki approach his brother, going into the sea of flames. Before they even throw attacks at each other the two brothers talk, eventually Todoroki asks his older brother, if he was alive this whole time why didn’t he come back?
To answer this Dabi grins with an ear-to-ear smile whilst raising his flames. He then mentions that although he may be a villain now he is still Shota’s older brother so he’ll explain. As Dabi’s skin begins to fall off due to the heat and the chapter comes to an end Dabi yells out. He’ll explain his whole story and how his flames surpassed even those of Dad’s masterpiece!
Chapter 350 Spoilers
As you can probably tell, chapter 350’s spoilers are currently not released yet, nor will the chapter be. This is of course because the manga is on break, hence meaning, there is nothing to be leaked. The manga is expected to be back on track next week meaning chapter 350’s spoilers and leaks await us, till next week.

Release Date
The upcoming chapter was originally scheduled to release as usual this Sunday. However, as stated the manga has been delayed this week so Horikoshi Kouhei could take a well-deserved break. The release date for the delayed chapter is now expected to be April 10th, 2022.
