Mob Psycho season 3 announcement was made back in Oct 2021, however, no information about the cast, studio or release date was revealed back then. Now, A new teaser trailer has been released for Mob Psycho 100, confirming the release date of October 2022. The release date announcement was made on the series protagonist, Mob’s birthday.
Just like previous 2 seasons, Studio Bones is in charge of production. Ryō Kōno will be returning as the art director of the show while Takahiro Hasui (Bungo Stray Dogs, Sk8 the Infinity episode director) will join as the new director.
The previous season voice actors, Setsuo Ito, Takahiro Sakurai, Akio Ohtsuka, Miyu Irino, and Yoshitsugu Matsuoka will be returning for their roles as Shigeo “Mob” Kageyama, Arataka Reigen, Ekubo, Ritsu Kageyama, and Teruki Hanazawa, respectively.
The new voice cast that has been announced includes following:
- Takanori Hoshino as Serizawa
- Atsumi Tanezaki as Tome Kurata
- Uki Satake as Tsubomi
- Ayumi Fujimura as Ichi Mezato
- Toshihiko Seki as Musashi Goda
- Yoshimasa Hosoya as Tenga Onigawara
Mob Psycho anime series is based on a manga, written by ONE (who is also the creator of One Punch Man). He started the manga series in 2012, and after 5 years the series ended in 2017. The 1st anime season aired in 2016, and the second season aired in 2019.
