Takt op Destiny anime season 1 came out in 2021, and it was one of those series that really caught viewers by surprise because of beautiful character design and animation quality. Keep in mind that anime adaptation was made to promote the mobile game, so there was little hope about getting a 2nd season. However, seeing the anime series getting such a positive response, the team behind Takt op Destiny have decided to start a manga series.
The update came from the official Twitter account of Takt op Destiny where it was announced that the manga series will be published in the Monthly Comic Alive magazine. No details about the mangaka or illustrator has been revealed yet. More details about this manga project will be revealed in the next issue of Monthly Comic magazine, which is scheduled to release on June 27. You can see the announcement tweet below:
The series story takes place in a post apocalyptic world where a meteor strikes the earth and the aliens called D2 started destroying everything. D2 can be only be defeated by the power of music. There are a few individuals called Musicarts who hold the power of music, and they with the help of ‘conductors’ start fighting D2 monsters.
Takt op Destiny anime series is produced by the collaboration of two renowned studios, Mappa and Madhouse. The anime series premiered in October 2021, and it is available on Crunchyroll to watch.
