Tokyo Revengers Chapter 228 Spoilers, Release Date & Raw Scans

Chapter 228 of Tokyo Revengers gives us a glimpse at the tyrant leader of Rokuhara Tandai, South Terano, and his troubling past. Catching us up to speed just before his big fight between Brahman’s legendary admins, Wakasa Imaushi and Keizo Arashi.

What Happened In Chapter 227?

As we saw in Tokyo Revengers chapter 227, titled “Gangster”, South Terano is a true monster. As a foreign child raised in the streets of Brazil with his sick mother, he first experienced violence at age five. When he killed the enemy of a powerful gang lord gaining him the nickname, South. From then on things only got crazier, as he goes on to become one of the biggest and worst delinquents in the series.

At age 12 he kills the said gang lord, taking over his territory and gang, becoming the leader of Dino South. At age 14 an enemy gang raids South’s home taking his mother’s life, and so with nothing else left for him in Brazil he moves back to Japan with his grandparents.

After getting placed in juvie for unknown reasons he runs into the admins of Tenjiku, post-Kantou incident. He proceeds to beat them all up, cementing himself as Tenjiku’s number one. He even hunts down and beats “the strongest man in Tejnjiku,” Kakucho until he admits defeat and joins South. Once he alongside the Tenjiku admins were released from juvie he promised to make his own era, establishing Rokuhara Tandai within a year of being released.

Jumping forward to the present day, the battle between Brahman and Rokuhara Tandai is still ongoing with Wakasa and Keizo still going at it with South. Kakucho glances over at this fight and states that no matter how powerful the two are they are no match for a monster like Terano, setting up this exciting fight for next week’s chapter.

Chapter 228 Spoilers

Now that all the backstories for those in this fight are complete we can expect to see this fight finally go down in chapter 228. After seeing Terano’s past and hearing it from Kakucho, it doesn’t look like Wakasa and Keizo can take down South. At best they might be able to weaken him, making space for someone else to take him down. Out of all the fighters on the battlefield, the only one who might be able to take South looks to be, Mikey.

Mikey against South would make a pretty interesting showdown to end this incident, but we will just have to wait and see.
