The highly anticipated third part of the Attack on Titan Final Season was released on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at 12:25 am JST in Japan, much to the excitement of fans around the world. The episode was expected to release at 8:25 am, Friday, March 3rd on Crunchyroll. However, many international fans were left disappointed as they had no official way of watching the series. Taking to social media, fans are now asking the question, “Where is the new Attack on Titan episode on Crunchyroll?”
Crunchyroll, which has streaming rights for most countries outside of Japan, usually releases new episodes with a one or one-and-a-half-hour delay. However, fans are left waiting for this particular episode of Attack on Titan, as it is not available for streaming even hours after the scheduled release time.
The reason behind this delay remains unclear, but it is speculated that Crunchyroll is still in the process of subbing the new episode. Despite the frustration of fans, Crunchyroll has remained silent about the situation and did not announce an official release time for the episode. Some fans speculate that the new Attack on Titan episode might be available a few hours from now, while others believe it could be released tomorrow.

Before the premiere date, fans were already concerned that Crunchyroll’s servers might not be able to handle the extreme traffic caused by the anime’s release. In the past, major episodes of popular series have caused the website to crash due to the high load. To avoid this, some fans believe that Crunchyroll intentionally kept promotions about the anime to a minimum.
Another major issue anime enthusiasts face is that there are spoilers everywhere for the new episode on Social Media. In order to not get spoiled, many were waiting for Crunchyroll to make the episode available as soon as possible.

With the unannounced delay, fans are taking to Twitter to demand an explanation from Crunchyroll. As of now, the situation remains unresolved. However, many fans hope that it will be resolved swiftly so that they can finally enjoy the latest installment of the Attack on Titan Final Season.
