The Blue Lock manga may be on break this week, but 8bit, the studio behind the upcoming anime, has got us covered with a brand new character visual!
With this latest character visual we can assume that we will see at least another two more visuals. Each of the two belonging to Resuke Kunigami and Hyoma Chigiri, who are both big parts of the Blue Lock’s amazing side cast.
After officially confirming an anime adaptation was in the works back in August the studio has released multiple promotional contents. Including new visuals, and character designs. One such character design that was recently revealed shows our main character, Isagi Yoichi.
Earlier today studio 8bit dropped their second character visual. This time centering around one of the series’ main supporting characters, Bachira Meguru, who is to be voiced by, Tasuku Kaito. The visual is much like Isagi’s as it states basic information such as Bachira’s height, shoe size, blood type, and birthday.
As stated in these visuals the Blue Lock anime is expected to begin airing in 2022. Although we roughly know when the anime will release there is still no confirmed season. The exact date will most likely be revealed a couple of months before airing begins.
While you wait for the anime to begin airing be sure to check out our other Blue Lock articles. We break down the manga’s latest chapter every week including spoilers, raw scans, and release dates for upcoming chapters.
