After killing two different sorcerers, Kenjaku is welcomed by the third sorcerer, the comedic individual Takaba Fumihiko.

And now, Kenjaku and Takaba are at each other’s throats. Takaba had a little upper hand initially, but it suddenly changed as Kenjaku managed to get a hold of his unique cursed techniques.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 241 Spoilers & Raw Scans:

Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 241 of the series begins with a flashback of Takaba while he was still in university.

The teenage Takaba is yelling at his friend for being late, as they both have a show to host. Takaba begins rehearsing his role, but his friend forgets his lines.

Takaba begins to yell at his friend and implies he is not feeling sorry; instead, he should ‘say’ sorry to him. Takaba’s friend snaps and begins to yell back at him since Takaba is being so unfriendly towards him.

Following their argument, Takaba gets angry at his friend, who blames Takaba for being late for the practice. Neither of them even manages to host two shows a year, and their jokes are expired to be used once again.

A few moments later, Takaba punches his friend as the latter asks if he is jealous as he’s not famous around girls.

Takaba replies that he is talking about getting serious with comedy, and his friend shuts him down by saying that doing comedy with Takaba is no fun.

The focus changes to another scene, where Takaba is in an afro and reading comments about himself. One of the comments encourages Takaba to die, and his friend consoles him by explaining how it is impossible to make everyone laugh.

Once more, the focus changes to another scene where his friend yet again talks about quitting. His friend explains how their other friends have decent jobs and family while they are still working around failed comedy.

After their conversation, we see Takaba alone in his room, wishing he could become more regular in TV shows for skits. Reminiscing what his friend said, Takaba wonders, ‘Until when?’ he will continue this.

Takaba will not stop until everyone thinks he is funnier than he looks. Remembering that he was lonely, he tried to be funny as much as to make everyone laugh. Takaba was happy that he made numerous friends but never found a partner.

Finally revealing his resolve, Takaba wants others to acknowledge him, as more popularity is proportional to being funnier.

He would not feel lonely after he gets recognized. Instantly, we are welcomed by a kid version of Takaba, who asks himself why he even chose comedy.

Takaba finally realizes he was always trying to affirm himself, and he was never face to face with comedy.

Shifting back to the present, Takaba is seen bowing to Kenjaku. Watching him bow, Kenjaku is mesmerized by his dogeza.

Kenjaku finds this beautiful, and he was in his late 20s when he had this level of dogeza. After a few seconds, Takaba apologizes to Kenjaku loudly. Takaba lied, and as he wanted to make everyone laugh, it was not fine if he only made Kenjaku laugh.

The chapter ends with Takaba promising to make Kenjaku laugh until he throws up, which is the way of his comedy. Takaba finally regained his cursed technique and wrote “Waku Waku” on Kenjaku’s face.

The series will be going on break next week!

With the spoilers, Takaba obviously has a plan in mind. Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 241 is scheduled to be released on November 5, 2023, and will be available to read on the Viz Media website and Mangaplus app/website.
