Mob Pyscho Season 3 Could Be Released In 2022

Strongest Esper in the anime universe, Mob could be returning in season 3, sooner than we anticipated. According to the animation director and character designer, Yoshimichi Kameda, Mob Psycho season 3 will return in 2022.

In his Twitter bio, Yoshimichi Kameda revealed that he is a character designer for Mob Pyscho season 3, which will be broadcasted in 2022.

Previously, it was revealed that Studio bones will be returning for season 3. Studio Bones are also known for animating Fullmetal Alchemist, and Soul Eater. The anime will be directed by Takahiro Hasui (who also worked on Bungo Stray Dogs, Sk8 the Infinity). The script will be written by Hiroshi Seko (also known for Darling in the Franx, Heion Sedai no Idaten-tachi, Jujutsu Kaisen).

Please keep in mind that the production committee haven’t officially announced the release date for season 3 yet. So please take this information with a grain of salt. If the information is indeed true, Mob Psycho will be joining Overlord, Kaguya Sama, Chainsaw Man and Bleach, as the most anticipated shows of 2022.

ONE started publishing the manga in Shogakukan ‘s Ura Sunday magazine between April 2012 and December 2017, compiling the work in a total of sixteen volumes. Studio Bones picked up the manga series for an anime adaptation. The first season had 12 episodes which aired on July 2016, while the 2nd season aired in January 2019.
