My Dress-up Darling ‘Love Hotel’ Exists In The Real World

Marin Kitagawa has been the girl of this anime season, without any kind of competition. In episode 11, we saw Marin Kitagawa, and Wakana Gojou visiting a love hotel for a cosplay photoshoot. It looks like a fan of the anime series have found out that the same hotel exists in the real world as well.

Reddit user “u/operator-60” posted an update on the Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru (My Dress-Up Darling) subreddit that they have found out the “Hotel 00” which looks quite similar to the one shown in anime. The user wrote:

The name of the love hotel in the anime is Hotel 00 so tried searching ラブホテル 0 in maps and found it. It appears to be an actual love hotel (rabuhoteru) with prices marked outside which is typical for these establishments. Maybe someone will cosplay as Gojou-kun & Marin and replicate the scenes from episode 11 using room 303. Location: north of Urawa Station. If you plan to visit this place, please be considerate & mindful of locals & clientele. Avoid visiting late afternoon & at night for obvious reasons.

Here are some of the comments from the post:

This place is about to have a big boom in business

Well, my friend told me I look like Gojo so I just need to find a Marin and go destroy a telephone

I want go to that 7/11 just so I can look at this building from afar.

The anime series is listed with 12 episodes, and the final episode will be releasing today. The Blu-ray/DVD packages including some extended scenes for certain episodes. The Crunchyroll and Funimation platforms broadcast the episodes the same day they are broadcast in Japan. Shinichi Fukuda began publishing the manga in Square Enix ‘s Young Gangan magazine in January 2018.
