HIDIVE is the platform where international fans can catch the show, as Crunchyroll, unfortunately, does not have the license to stream Oshi no Ko. Episode 1 introduced us to the teenage idol Hoshino Ai and her admirer, Doctor Gorou Amemiya. Hoshino Ai, a 16-year-old girl pregnant with twins, ends up at Amemiya’s hospital. Wanting to keep her pregnancy a secret from the public in order to avoid criticism and losing followers, Ai is relieved when Amemiya agrees to help maintain her privacy.
Tragically, Amemiya is killed by one of Hoshino Ai’s obsessive fans. As he faces his final moments, Amemiya wonders what his life would have been like if he had been born as one of the idol’s children. Miraculously, upon closing his eyes and reopening them, he finds himself reborn as one of Hoshino Ai’s twins.

The twins, named Aquamarine and Ruby, grow up witnessing the challenges and excitement of the entertainment industry. As Hoshino Ai struggles to revive her career, Aquamarine takes matters into his own hands and secures roles for himself and his mother in a film. This move revitalizes Ai’s career, and her popularity starts to soar once more.
However, their happiness is short-lived when tragedy strikes. A stalker, who had discovered Ai’s pregnancy and become enraged, manages to find her home address and decides to end her life. The episode concludes with Aquamarine vowing to exact revenge on Ai’s killer, whom he suspects to be their father. In the final scene, we see Aquamarine and Ruby embarking on their school life, hinting at the challenges and adventures that lie ahead.
