Record of Ragnarok Is Getting A Season 2

Through the official website of the series, it was confirmed that Record of Ragnarok will be getting a second season. No official release date has been announced yet.

Record of Ragnarok is a Japanese manga series, written by Shinya Umemura and Takumi Fukui, and illustrated by Takumi Fukui. The series also recieved an anime adaptation by Graphinica studio and exclusively released on Netflix on June 2021.

Season 1 of Record of Ragnarok received mixed response from the audience. Some fans really enjoyed the season, many did not liked how the series was animated. Season 1 have a rating of 6.63 from 64,000 users on MyAnimeList. Despite the backlash, anime was still a success for Netflix. It will be interesting to see how the second season will come out. and if Netflix will go with the same studio as season 1 or change the studio for better production quality.

At that moment Valkyrie Brunhilde proposes that Humans should be given a fighting chance, thus the battle of Ragnarok begins where 13 Humans will fight 13 Gods to decide the fate of humanity.
