Through the official website of “The Misfit of Demon King Academy” anime series, it has been announced that Tatsuhisa Suzuki will be removed as the voice of Anos Voldigoad. The statement also confirmed that new voice actor will be announced soon.

We consulted with the office and set up a forum for discussion, but we would like to report that the role of Anos has been dismissed. Tatsuhisa Suzuki is on indefinite hiatus following the scandal involving anime singer LiSA. Suzuki has been already removed as a voice behind Kibana (Pokemon).
The Misfit of Demon King Academy 2nd season is already confirmed, however, the release date has not been announced yet. The anime series is based on a light novel series written by Shu and illustrated by Yoshinori Shizuma. The anime first season came out in July 2020, produced by Silver Link. The series also received a manga adaptation from July 2018 to July 2021, however, the manga was cancelled due to manga artist sudden illness.
