“The Great Cleric” source material is a light novel of the same name. Oricon’s Top 30 Best Selling Manga Series in September and Amazon’s Top 50 Best Selling Teen & Adult Light Novels didn’t feature this light novel for “The Great Cleric.”
But this series scored a place in the Top 50 Best Selling eBook Teen & Young Adult Light Novel Series (Kindle Edition) on Amazon, which showed this anime series had some impact internationally.

Synopsis
“The Great Cleric” follows the story of our protagonist, who is killed on Earth and gets reincarnated into another world. His name here is “Luciel,” and his job title is a healer. As we all know, a healer is a job that involves no physical labor or trauma, unlike one infamous healer.
So, Luciel gets ready to live a peaceful life until he is informed of the duties of a healer. A healer has to be physically fit, such that he should be able to lead a group of fighters. So, he starts to train hard daily and drinks the secret potion known as “Substance X.”
This potion helps him level up faster and increases his physical stats. So, he starts to venture into dungeons where he finds rare artifacts, which he later sells and makes a living. Follow Luciel’s adventures as we see him do his best to survive daily!
