Blue Lock Chapter 152 Spoilers, Release Date & Raw Scans

After a long string of training and competitive games, the Blue Lock team has finally been given some time off. And unlike last week’s fun and very competitive, accidental arcade get-together with the Blue Lock and Japanese U-2O teams, it looks like this week will be more family-focused.

As the players use their limited break to be with their families before Ego inevitably calls them back for training. This chapter hopefully will show us where and what Shindou and Rin have been during their two weeks off. And just maybe we might get a peek at what Blue Lock Phase 2 will look like.

Chapter 151 Recap

Before we jump into chapter 152’s spoilers, lets do a quick recap of what went down in chapter 151.

Picking up from chapter 150 this chapter continues the two teams competitive bowling match, although we skip over majority of the match we get to see the last 3 bowlers, from the Blue Lock team we see Chigiri hit a spare, tying the Blue Lock team up with the U-20 players. However, Darai from the U-20 team hits a strike forcning the Blue Lock team to have to try and hit a strike with their last player Nagi. In short after hilarously falling Nagi hits it for his team.

After this Isagi goes to meet with one of his old high school teamates, Tada Tomonari, on the way there Isagi runs into a little boy with his mother and father. The mother tells Isagi that her son has been obssesed with Isagi and the rest of the Blue Lock team since their game and asks if her son can shake his hand. Of course Isagi says yes to this and as he leaves he thinks about how he really changed the world.

After meeting up with Tada, better known to us readers as the player who missed the goal in that distant first chapter, the two start chatting about Isagi’s recent game. Tada goes on to mention that Isagi’s last goal was pure luck and that he feels bad for him, since he used all his lifes luck on that one goal. Isagi laughs along with the high schooler but he thinks to himself, that although that goal may have been luck, Tada knows no idea how hard he has been fighting in Blue Lock. As Isagi says goodbye to his friend he thinks that he was wrong, it wasnt the world that changed but rather him.

Finally near the end of the chapter we see Ego talking with the “big shot owners” of Blue Lock and they question if Blue Lock is really a good investment, despite how well its doing. Ego replies to this enthusiastically as he tells the investors, Blue Lock Phase 2 will involve the entire world. Ending the chapter on that high note.

Chapter 152 Spoilers

Now that we are all caught up, let’s dive right into chapter 151, titled ‘Restart’. Warning, however, raws for the upcoming chapter are already out so there are confirmed spoilers below, you have been warned.

This chapter kicks off with Blue Lock’s number one player, who was actually missing in the last chapter, Itoshi Rin. We see him reading an article about his brother, Itoshi Sae and his thoughts on the recent Blue Lock vs U-20 team that he particapated in. Sae answers the reporters question swift and bluntly as he says, there is no more then the result you have saw.

As Rin reads this he thinks back how he stole the ball from Sae back in that same game, Sae thinks to himself that he definetly won that. But then Rin goes back to thinkging that, if he won that why was Isagi the one Sae acknowldged in the end. He also goes on to say Isagi got everything in that game while I got nothing. Finally Rin’s monologue ends with him saying in order to destroy Sae and Isagi he has to change.

Jumping back to Isagi, we see him and his family watching his interview that he gave after the match. Where Isagi told the world that he would be the one to lead Japan to a world cup victory. After this his parents praise him and the three of them sit down together to have dinner. Isagi’s parents are happy for him and they say things like, we’ll always be by your side and so on, but most importantly they tell him to live they way he wants to.

As Isagi layys on his bed later on he thinks about what his parents told him and he th inks that maybe living the way you want to, is what it means to be an egotist. But as he lays on his bed him and all the other Blue Lock players get a text from Anri (we even catch a glimpse of Shindou). The text essentially tells them that break is over, sendnign over an invitation of sorts, where to be and what time. The text is titles, Blue Lock Project, Restart Notice.

In the final panel of the chapter we see all the Blue Lock players getting off a bus, and assembling outside of the Blue Lock center, alongside lots of media.

Seeing as this chapter is titled ‘Restart’ and all the players are back at the Blue Lock building, do you think we might get to see Kunigami again next chapter? What do you think will happen? Have theories of your own? Be sure to tell us in the comment section below.
