In the finale, the class president Shirogane revealed to Kaguya that he will be skipping a grade, and going to Standford for further studies. This worries Kaguya as she was planning to confess to him, so she goes to Hayasaka for some guidance. Hayasaka says that there will be many beautiful girls in Standford and if Kaguya doesn’t confess her love to Shirogane, he will end up falling in love with someone else. On the other hand, Shirogane is also planning to confess to Kaguya. Finally, after 3 seasons of teasing, Kaguya and Shirogane share a kiss. Obviously, the episode was 10/10 for many fans, and that is the reason that the show has become the highest rated anime on MyAnimeList.

It is a well known fact in the anime community that Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is the one anime series that no other anime series can beat in terms of ratings. In fact, some series like Gintama, Spy x Family, Fruit Basket, and Attack on Titan tried to take the first place, but the Fullmetal Alchemist anime fans tend to review bomb all the other anime series with low ratings, whenever there is another anime trying to replace Fullmetal Alchemist as the highest rated anime.

Kaguya Sama: Love Is War season 3 has a score of 9.16/10 rated by 160,000 users. On the other hand, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood has a rating of 9.14/10 rated by 1.8 million members. It will be interesting to see how long Kaguya Samoa can hold the first spot of the highest rated anime list.

Kaguya Sama season 4 has not been confirmed by the production committee, however, a new anime project has been announced. The details about the new anime project are unknown.

The anime series is based on a manga of the same name, written and drawn by Aka Akasaka. He began publishing the manga in Shueisha’s Miracle Jump magazine in May 2015, and moved it to Weekly Young Jump magazine in 2016. The anime series is available on Crunchyroll platform.
