Komi Can’t Communicate Manga Could Be In The Final Phase

According to a leaked information from Weibo, a Chinese social media platform, Komi San manga series will start the final phase of the story in upcoming Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine, which is scheduled to be released on December 1, 2021. This news was shared by a popular manga news account, Manga Mogura on Twitter. However, they later deleted the tweet.

Komi Can’t Communicate season 1 is currently premiering in Japan. For worldwide fans, Netflix has the exclusive rights for streaming this anime series.

Tomohito Oda started writing the manga series in May 2016, in Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine. The Komi manga is now close to 300 chapters, which are collected in 23 volumes. You can read the manga series officially on VIZ.

Komi San manga series also inspired an 8 episode live action adaptation, which aired from September to November 2021. An anime adaptation is produced by OLM Studios, directed by Kazuki Kawagoe, and written by Deko Akao.
