Masamune Kun’s Revenge season 3 is unlikely to happen because of two major reasons: The source material is not enough to make another season, and the series didn’t increase the manga sales that much.
Usually, the anime’s primary goal is to increase the sales of its source material, which is generally the manga or light novel, or in some cases, it’s also the PC or mobile game. If an anime series is unable to increase the sales of source material, then making a new anime season is not suitable.

Is There Enough Source Material For Masamune-kun’s Revenge Season 3?
“Masamune-kun’s Revenge” is based on a manga series of the same name, written by Takeoka Hazuki, and illustrated by a Korean Artist named Tiv. It finished its airing on June 27, 2018, with 12 volumes.
Out of these 12 volumes, the main story of the series ends at volume 10. The after-stories continue in the latter two volumes. The latest season of Masamune-kun’s Revenge (Season 2) adapted the story to volume 10, so the main story has been completely adapted.
So, the studio has a choice to adapt the last two volumes of this series, as they only consist of the events that happen after the main story ends. If the studio decides to adapt the remaining source material, the sequel will likely be a Movie or a mini-TV series, which comprises the events after the main story.
The manga series has received an English Serialization by “Seven Seas Entertainment.” So far, 11 volumes have been translated, which you can buy on Amazon.
The manga series has also received a light novel adaptation with only one volume by the same people as the manga series. Unfortunately, the light novel hasn’t received an English Serialization.

Masamune Kun season 3 is yet to be greenlit. There is little source material left to be adapted into anime. Moreover, its studio is busy with other anime projects, so it will likely not pick up the Masamune Kun series anytime soon.
Let’s assume that Studio Silver Link decided to animate the remaining source material of Masamune Kun; season 3 will likely air in late 2024 or early 2025. Typically, a 12-episode good-quality anime takes 12 to 18 months to finish production.

“Masamune-kun’s Revenge R” continues Masamune’s plans to make his childhood crush Aki fall for him. And as soon as she does, he will dump her to complete his revenge. Fortunately, Masamune’s class is assigned to go on a trip to Paris, the city of love.
So, with everything in his sight, nothing can stop Masamune from taking revenge. In Paris, Masamune meets Muriel Besson, a French high school student. She is an otaku, and Masamune is the perfect protagonist in her eyes. She wants him to be the star of the romcom manga she wants to write.
