“Atelier Ryza” is based on a game series, “Atelier,” written by Gust. So far, 24 parts of this game have been released worldwide.

The “Atelier Ryza” series comprises three parts out of these twenty-four. This anime season was the adaptation of the first part of the Atelier Ryza game.

“Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & The Secret Hideout” follows the story of Reisalin Stout, more commonly known as Ryza. She is a young and energetic girl who lives a mundane life on Kurken Island because of the customs established here.

She has always wanted to go on an adventure into the vast world, but as she is a farmer’s daughter, no one takes her seriously. So, one day, she takes a boat with two of her friends named “Lent” and “Tao” and travels to the nearest island as the start of her adventurous journey.

There, she meets “Klaudia,” the daughter of a visiting merchant. She joins Ryza’s team, and they do fun stuff every day. Ryza learns Alchemy under her master, Empel. Klaudia hones her talent for archery. Lent builds himself physically as a warrior, and Tao builds his mental prowess for the team.

They even build a hideout from city debris as their base., and plan to leave for other adventures in the future. So, where will Ryza go next on her adventurous journey with his team?
