Tokyo Revengers Season 2 Could Be Announced Soon! Draken’s VA Future Undecided

Yahoo News Japan recently published an article on the Japanese voice actor, Tatsuhisa Suzuki. A statement from the office who manage Suzuki’s career said that Tokyo Revengers season 2 is already in production, and will be announced sometime later this year.

Will Tatsuhisa Suzuki be the voice of Draken again?

Following the recent Tatsuhisa Suzuki scandal, he has been let go of many voice actor gigs, including the main role of Anos from the anime “The Misfit of Demon King Academy”.

Suzuki became ill after the scandal became public, and he was admitted to the hospital. According to the article by Yahoo News Japan, LiSA went to the hospital to visit him, and even forgave him. Later, they were looking for a new place to start living together.

So, Now the question is, will Suzuki return to voice Draken? According to the voice actor management office, Suzuki’s future roles depend on the decision of production team. So, if Tokyo Revengers production team decided to continue with Suzuki, there will be no changes to the Draken’s VA.

Season 2 Announcement Situation

Tatsuhisa Suzuki’s management office issue a following statement:

Many fans are concerned about the possible abandonment of the role of Ken Ryuguji (Draken) in the popular Tokyo Revengers series. The second season of the series is currently in production and will be announced later this year. However, we do not know for sure if Suzuki will participate

It is worth noting that Tokyo Revengers will hold a franchise event titled “Tokyo Revengers: Special Event: Tokyo Manjikai Tachikawa Tsuu Ringu” on December 18. Most likely, a new season announcement will be made in this event.
