The Jujutsu Kaisen anime series, based on the manga of the same name by Gege Akutami, is currently in full swing.
The ongoing Shibuya Incident arc has been one of the most awaited arcs in the Jujutsu Kaisen franchise, and as expected, Mappa Studio has been delivering high-quality anime episodes.
However, for fans of Gojo, the new episodes of Jujutsu Kaisen haven’t been good news, as he was sealed in the prison realm by Kenjaku (the brain) in a recent episode.
But this isn’t the end of concerns for fans and, most importantly, for the main character Yuji Itadori, who will be facing some heavy losses in the future.
A recent tweet has gone viral, showing Yuji Itadori’s voice actor, Junya Enoki, recording lines for an emotional upcoming scene in Jujutsu Kaisen season 2.
Even though the clip doesn’t have audio, the raw emotions from the voice actor are visible.
Junya Enoki is using method acting here. Method acting is a way of acting where you really try to become the character you’re playing. Instead of just pretending, you use your own feelings and experiences to act like the character would.
This makes your acting look very real and believable.
For example, if your character is sad, you might think of a time when you were really sad to help you act the part. Some actors even change how they look or live like their character for a while to really get into the role.

When Can We Expect This Scene In Anime
The scene that Yuji’s voice actor is likely recording is one where Yuji sees some of his close allies getting really hurt or killed. Spoiler alert: Sukuna takes over Yuji’s body and kills many people in Shibuya.
Seeing this, and seeing his friends getting hurt, mentally breaks Yuji Itadori, and he wishes to just die.
This scene is also memorable because it’s the exact opposite of what Yuji said at the start of the manga, “I am wondering why the heck I need to be executed.”
As many fans know, the higher-ups in Jujutsu Kaisen wanted to execute Yuji Itadori to avoid the potential revival of the King of Curses. However, Gojo Satoru stepped in and stopped his execution.
After hearing that Gojo has been sealed and his friends, who were the first ones to accept him as he is, are in deep trouble, Yuji Itadori is mentally tortured and just wants to die so that Sukuna can’t hurt anyone else.
This particular emotional scene is expected to arrive in 3 or 4 episodes. So, be sure to keep an eye on the Jujutsu Kaisen anime.
