What Happened Previously?
Episode 4 started with Akira and Ryuuzaki chilling on top of a tall building to stay safe from the zombies. Ryuuzaki starts to add his dreams to Akira’s Bucket List, and they have a little chit-chat. Later, Akira decides to get a big-screen TV to play games in high-definition.

So, they both hop on a bike and go to the electronics shop. Unfortunately, their way is blocked by a zombie driving a truck. On the backside, a zombie on a petroleum truck is also arriving at them. So, Akira flies his bike by jumping off debris, and both enter a tunnel.
Zombies follow both until they can enter a shutter, where four people are present. They confirm that Akira and Ryuuzaki are not zombies and let them stay. This place is a convenient store with everything available.
Everyone starts introducing themselves. Three of the four people present here are ladies, and one is an old man. The girls are flight attendants, and now, Akira gets the golden chance to score a girlfriend.
One of the girls, Yukari, is sitting pretty tense, and Akira goes straight to her face and asks her if she has a boyfriend. She gives him a creepy look, which breaks Akira’s heart. But he doesn’t give up and chugs a whole bottle of tequila (alcohol) through his nose to impress her.
Unfortunately, he starts to vomit after that and goes to the washroom. Ryuuzaki takes one of the girls with him to bed for some intense skinship. Yukari follows Akira to the washroom and pats his back. But unfortunately, Yukari already has a boyfriend, which breaks Akira’s heart completely.
On the other hand, Ryuuzaki comes out of bed with her girl. They return to the point where they all introduce themselves and realize that the only girl left with the old man is now a zombie. Ryuuzaki kills this zombie girl on impulse and starts to panic.
Back to Akira, who is having a good conversation with Yukari, and they both come to an understanding. Akira convinces Yukari to continue her flight attendant job, as this is her dream. Surprisingly, the old man, who is also a zombie, appears from behind.
He bites Yukari; now, she is also about to become a zombie. Yukari advises Akira to flee, and Akira does this, crying the whole way. When he meets Ryuuzaki, he has already secured a new big TV. So, both of them hop on their bikes and flee.
When they reach home, Akira enters the 35th entry to his Bucket List to remember his childhood dream.
