The Hollywood Reporter shared this news on Nov 9, that Netflix won’t be renewing Cowboy Bebop live action for a second season. Some of the main reasons behind the cancelation are average ratings, and high cost to develop a project on such a huge scale. On Rotten Tomatoes, the series has received an average audience score of 54%.

Most of the anime fans have welcomed the cancellation news with open arms, however, there were a few fans who were eagerly waiting for a season 2 of the series.
