Hunter x Hunter Hiatus: Mangaka Updates Fans About Next Chapter

Hunter x Hunter manga became a trend after the author, Yoshihiro Togashi, decided to continue the manga after a four-year hiatus. He even broke a milestone on Twitter as a mangaka after returning. Although it was hard for him to draw because of his back pain, he continued to draw for his fans. He even hired more helpers to help him draw as his back pain got worse because of the workload, so the weekly release of chapters got cancelled, the occasional release of the manga was announced, and things weren’t looking so good for the manga. But a silver lining came to light recently after the Tweet of the author, which has made fans happy.

The official account of Togashi tweeted a few days ago about the completion of chapter 401. It shows the author’s dedication and concern for his fans regarding his manga, Hunter x Hunter.

According to this Tweet, Togashi has completed drawing the latest chapter of Hunter x Hunter, and he has expressed his concerns over the non-consistent release schedule of the series. But he is confident that this issue with the manga will also be fixed on time. The Tweet roughly translates to:

“Although the production system has not been solidified yet for the manga, I am glad that my working time at the desk is gradually increasing little by little”

Togashi also told us that he is now spending more time writing the series, as compared to before, and that his back pain is also healing little by little, which is very bright for the future of the manga series. This Tweet has received almost 21 million views at the moment, in almost four days.
