1: Ichigo vs. Yhwach
The impending clash between two of the series’ most powerful characters is generating immense anticipation among fans.
This showdown, which promises to be a highlight of the “Bleach Thousand Year Blood War” arc, is expected to unfold next year.
Yhwach, the main antagonist of the Thousand Year Blood War arc, wields the “Almighty” ability. This power enables him to see all possible futures and to modify them as he desires.
Such a capability makes him nearly invincible, as he can predict and counter any move made against him. Moreover, he has the ability to nullify the powers of those he observes with this skill.
Additionally, fans can expect a significant transformation for Ichigo, the series’ lead character. In a crucial moment, he will redefine what it means to be human, providing a scene that’s sure to be a topic of discussion.
Bleach Thousand Year Blood War will be released in 4 parts. The second part is currently airing. Ichigo vs Yhwach is expected to take place in part 4, which will likely air in 2024.
2: Gojo Vs Jogo, Hanami, Dagon, and Mahito
The current anime landscape has been graced with several standout series, and among them is Jujutsu Kaisen. The series has quite a few battles that have truly captured the audience’s attention.
One such memorable clash is between Gojo and Jogo, and we’re not referring to their initial skirmish.
In the first season of Jujutsu Kaisen, Gojo’s overwhelming strength was on full display as he effortlessly overpowered Jogo, highlighting the vast chasm in their power levels.
But as the story progressed to the Shibuya District arc, Jogo returned with a vengeance and a strategy.
Teaming up with other cursed spirits, Jogo meticulously crafted a plan to neutralize Gojo’s formidable abilities. They strategically chose the bustling Shibuya district as their battleground, knowing full well the implications of such a choice.
Aware of Gojo’s protective nature, the cursed spirits banked on the fact that he would be hesitant to unleash his full power amidst a sea of innocent civilians.
This tactical move was designed to level the playing field, but Gojo, being the powerhouse that he is, wasn’t about to be easily cornered.
Fans are expecting an amazing fight, and luckily, it will be airing soon as Shibuya Incident Arc is currently being adapted into Jujutsu Kaisen anime.
3: Asta vs. Zogratis
Black Clover has undoubtedly made its mark in the realm of anime and manga, quickly becoming a favorite among the newer generation of fans.
The series focuses on Asta, a young man born without magic in a magical world who gains anti-magic abilities from a devil.
For those new to Black Clover, Asta’s anti-magic swords allow him to nullify spells, making him a unique force in battles.
If the series returns in 2024 as anticipated, one of the highlights will likely be a face-off between Asta and Zogratis, a powerful foe.
The Dark Triad, consisting of Dante, Vanica, and Zenon Zogratis, are the primary antagonists of the “Spade Kingdom” arc. They aim to use the power of devils to take over the world.
Dante, the leader of the Dark Triad, possesses body magic and is host to the devil Lucifero. Dante’s body magic allows him to regenerate from injuries, moreover, he can also use gravity magic.
Asta will be on a quest to rescue his teacher, Yami, and others from the Spade Kingdom, where they’re currently trapped. The stakes have never been higher, and the upcoming season promises to be a rollercoaster of emotions.
4: Tanjiro vs. Akaza
Ufotable, the studio behind Demon Slayer, has a reputation for delivering top-notch animation that often feels lifelike. If you were impressed by the Tengen vs. Uzui fight, brace yourself for what’s coming next.
For those new to Demon Slayer, Tanjiro is a young swordsman and a member of the Demon Slayer Corps, an organization dedicated to exterminating demons. His unique Water Breathing technique makes him a formidable opponent.
In the upcoming seasons, Tanjiro will face off against Akaza, an upper-ranking demon with devastating martial arts skills.
This fight holds particular significance as Akaza was responsible for killing Rengoku, another member of the Demon Slayer Corps, during the events of the Mugen Train movie.
While Tanjiro aims to fulfill his duty as a demon slayer, Akaza seeks to redeem himself after facing humiliation from Muzan, the series’ primary antagonist, due to Tanjiro’s actions.
With Ufotable at the helm, the animation quality for this anticipated fight is expected to be nothing short of spectacular.
Demon Slayer season 4 is currently in production and will cover the Hashira Training arc. However, the Hashira Training arc is rather on the shorter side, and we will likely see the Infinity Castle Arc being covered along with it.
5: Kento Nanami vs. Mahito
Now you might be thinking why another fight from Jujutsu Kaisen is on this list. Well, this is the fight you don’t want to miss out on, even if you aren’t a fan of Jujutsu Kaisen.
Mahito is a cursed spirit who embodies the hatred and fear of humans towards one another. He possesses the unique ability to manipulate and alter the shape of souls, which in turn changes the physical form of the person.
Kento Nanami is a regular salaryman turned Jujutsu Sorcerer. He uses a technique called the “Ratio Technique,” which allows him to divide things using ratios and lines, creating weak points that he can exploit.
During the Shibuya arc, both of these incredible powers will come face to face. On paper, Nanami is the best candidate to handle the cunning Mahito. This battle will shape up to be one of the highlights of Jujutsu Kaisen season 2.

7: Goku Vs. Moro
Goku, the brainchild of Akira Toriyama, has been a part of our lives for decades. Toriyama’s storytelling prowess has made Dragon Ball a global phenomenon.
Moro stands out from the typical villains we’ve seen. He’s a sorcerer with the distinct capability to drain energy from his adversaries and even entire worlds.
This unique skill set positions him as a daunting enemy for Goku and any fighter dependent on energy for their attacks.
In the Dragon Ball Super manga, Moro is the central antagonist of the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Arc. He has demonstrated that he’s not an easy opponent, even for powerhouses like Goku and Vegeta.
Goku’s Ultra Instinct form has been a game-changer in his battles. This form allows him to dodge attacks at incredible speeds, making him nearly untouchable. However, Moro’s energy-siphoning abilities pose a significant threat to Goku.
Goku aims to master his Ultra Instinct form, which would make him the strongest mortal ever. On the other hand, Moro’s energy-absorbing techniques could potentially neutralize Goku’s power, making this an unpredictable and thrilling fight.
Dragon Ball Super anime has been on hiatus for quite some time now. However, there are some leaks indicating that Dragon Ball Super’s new web anime is being developed.
If the leaks turn out to be true, Goku vs Moro is likely to be released sometime in 2024.
