Today, we will take a look at the characters who embraced death and their executioners.

“Riko Amanai” was a Star Prisma Vessel nominated to merge with Master Tengen. She was a free spirit who wanted to live her life to the fullest.
As she will have no free will after merging with Master Tengen, she decided to go all-out every day. Gojo and Geto were assigned to protect her until she was escorted to Master Tengen.
The destined day arrived, and Riko had to bid farewell to her only family, her maid Kuroi. But as they departed, Geto asked her about her opinion about being Tengen’s vessel.
She started crying and said she wanted to spend more time with Kuroi. As Geto abandons the mission of escorting Riko to Tengen, Toji sneakily headshots Riko from the side.

“Toji Fushigoro” (also known as the “Sorcerer Killer”) was a part of the Zenin clan, although he never considered this clan his family. He was also the primary antagonist of “Gojo’s Past Arc.”
He had no cursed energy and was blessed with “Heavenly Restriction,” which gave his body superhuman stamina and agility.
He was responsible for taking down Gojo while escorting Riko to Master Tengen. But Gojo later returned, healing his injuries with the Reverse Cursed Technique.
After a second-heated battle between these two powerhouses, Toji was massacred by Gojo’s “Hollow Technique: Purple.” Toji left his son, Megumi, in the hands of Gojo during his last moments.
He was later resurrected in the Shibuya Incident Arc by some evil sorcerers.

“Yu Haibara” was a student at Jujutsu High and a classmate of Nanami. He was a good-spirited boy who always laughed and created a good atmosphere around his friends.
One day, he was sent on a mission with Nanami to exorcise a second-grade cursed spirit. Haibara talked with Geto before he went on this mission about how he loves being a sorcerer.
Unfortunately, as they returned from the mission, Haibara couldn’t make it alive as the cursed spirit was too much for his experience level.
Gojo was later sent to complete this unfinished mission, as Nanami suggested giving every mission to Gojo from now on.
Geto Suguru

“Geto Suguru” was one of the protagonists of “Gojo’s Past Arc” and Gojo Satoru’s only best friend. He had a jolly personality, and he loved to help non-sorcerers.
After the death of Riko Amanai, Geto started questioning his ideology of protecting non-sorcerers. He even started consulting other sorcerers about being a sorcerer, showing how mentally frustrated he was.
After a lengthy discussion with Yuko, he concluded eliminating every non-sorcerer, as the strong must always prevail over the weak.
During a heated battle with Yuta in the movie, he suffered fatal injuries. He was later found by Gojo, who bid his best friend farewell by putting him to rest for good.
As his body wasn’t taken care of, Kenjaku took over it. This made him the main antagonist of “Jujutsu Kaisen.”

Junpei Yoshino

“Junpei Yoshino” was an ordinary high school student who faced bullying from his classmates. One day, he met Mahito, who befriended Junpei.
Mahito started showcasing his twisted experiments to him. During all this, Yuji also befriends Junpei. As Mahito has evil plans regarding Junpei, he starts by killing his mother.
This drives Junpei to an edge, and he starts to target the bullies at school. This involves Itadori in the whole situation. As Itadori targets Mahito, Junpei realizes how big of a fool he is trusting this monster.
But it is too late, as Mahito transforms Junpei into an ex-human being using his “Idle Transfiguration.” Yuji tries to save him, but he dies utterly the words “Why?”
Kokichi Muta (Mechamaru)

“Kokichi Muta” was a Jujutsu High Kyoto branch student and a semi-first-grade sorcerer.
Like Toji, he had a Heavenly Restricted body, but his physical body was weak; in exchange, he received an exceptional amount of cursed energy.
He operated through his robot, named Mechamaru. During the Shibuya Arc, he made a deal with Kenjaku‘s side, which involved healing his body in exchange for some information.
As this deal was completed, his body was healed by Mahito’s Idle Transfiguration. Muta later fought Mahito to escape so that he could tell everyone about the Shibuya Incident before it started.
But unfortunately, his near-infinite reserve of cursed energy wasn’t enough to overpower Mahito, who killed him.
Hanami

“Hanami” was an unregistered special-grade cursed spirit and the main antagonist of “Kyoto Goodwill Event Arc.” They had a kind personality who loved nature and wanted to protect it.
Hanami made their first appearance when they saved Jogo from being exorcised by Gojo. They later tried to harm some students during their exams, but Gojo interrupted their plans.
Finally, during the Shibuya Incident Arc, Gojo brutally finishes Hanami as they are evaporated due to Gojo’s cursed energy pressure.

Jogo’s ideology was to replace human beings with cursed spirits and let the cursed spirits prevail in this world. His first fight with Gojo was a complete disappointment as Gojo overpowered him.
His second fight during the Shibuya Incident Arc wasn’t any different as he witnessed Hanami die before his eyes. After this, he revives Sukuna and fights his final fight.
Although he was no match against the King of Curses, Sukuna still praised him for being a strong opponent. Sukuna’s flame-cursed technique killed him.

Kento Nanami

“Kento Nanami” was a first-grade jujutsu sorcerer and a fan-favorite character of Jujutsu Kaisen. After graduating from Jujutsu High, he left to become a salaryman in the real world.
But he later returned to help others against cursed spirits. He mentored the protagonist of the series “Itadori” and taught him a lot about cursed spirits.
He had a rivalry against Mahito, as they constantly clashed with one another as soon as they met. But this came to an end in the Shibuya Incident Arc.
After being fatally injured by Jogo, Nanami wandered to Shibuya Station in his thoughts. In front of him, Mahito appeared out of nowhere as he killed Nanami with his Idle Transfiguration.
This happened before Itadori, who is now out for blood against Mahito.

“Mahito” was an unregistered special-grade cursed spirit and one of Jujutsu Kaisen’s most hated antagonists. He has a very sadistic personality.
Being one of the main antagonists of this series, he has a track record of killing some fan-favorite characters, which makes his character annoying.
Since the start, Itadori Yuji has been under his radar as a perfect enemy. So, he takes every chance to toy with his feelings. First, he killed Junpei, and later, he killed Nanami.
He awakened his true form during his battle with Itadori and Todo in the Shibuya Incident Arc. But he was no match against this deadly duo.
As Yuji was about to exorcise him for good, Kenjaku appeared, not to save him but to absorb him using Geto’s cursed technique.

Mai Zenin

“Mai Zenin” was a third-grade jujutsu sorcerer and Maki Zenin’s sister. She had a crude personality, as she hardly respected anyone.
She had a grudge against her non-sorcerer sister because she was more substantial than her. Even during their exam in the exchange program, Maki overpowered Mai.
During the Perfect Preparation Arc, Maki returned home to take care of a few things. As she did, Mai was already there, beaten up by her father.
As she also tried to fight, she was no match because of her zero cursed energy. She was thrown into a cell with Mai, where cursed monsters were present.
We are shifted to the inner thoughts of these characters, as Mai says that she has to die; otherwise, Maki’s full power won’t be awakened.
As this happens, Maki wakes up with her sister dead beside her. Maki promised Mai to destroy everything, which meant killing the Zenin, which Maki executed successfully.
Masamichi Yaga

“Masamichi Yaga” was a first-grade jujutsu sorcerer and the Principal of the Jujutsu High Tokyo branch. he had a caring personality and was a very earnest man.
Masamichi Yaga was talented at creating cursed corpses, which grew very powerful (like Panda). So, after Gojo got sealed, the higher-ups were after his talent.
But he kept his lips sealed regarding this because he considered this talent a “curse,” which he didn’t want to pass on. So, Gakuganji fatally injured him, with no resistance from Yaga’s side.
As he dies, Panda arrives to save his father. But he is too late. Panda also doesn’t attack Gakuganji as he is not a human who creates grudges.
Yuki Tsukumo

“Yuki Tsukumo” was one of the four special-grade jujutsu sorcerers and the famous “master” of Aoi Todou. She had a very playful and talkative personality.
She first appeared during “Gojo’s Past Arc” and later appeared at the end of the Shibuya Incident Arc to challenge Kenjaku.
During the Perfect Preparation Arc, when everyone visits Tengen to ask for a method to unseal Gojo, Yuki and Choso decide to stay behind to protect Tengen.
During the Culling Game Arc, Tengen is attacked by Kenjaku. Despite Yuki’s special-grade status, Kenjaku overpowers her, and she is killed while protecting Choso.
Tsumiki Fushigoro

“Tsumiki Fushigoro” was the step-sister of Megumi Fushigoro, who was asleep due to a curse throughout the series.
She woke up after Kenjaku cast Idle Transfiguration on Japan to choose players for the Culling Games that can act as vessels for old curses.
Tsumiki inherited Yorozu, who was obsessed with Sukuna. She fought Sukuna when he had already transferred hosts from Itadori to Megumi (as he saved Megumi from Mahoraga for this reason.
Sukuna didn’t use his innate cursed techniques during their fight and killed Yorozu (Tsumiki) using Megumi’s cursed technique.
This caused Megumi to fall into deep despair, which allowed Sukuna to take over Megumi’s body entirely.
Gojo Satoru

“Gojo Satoru,” more commonly known as the strongest sorcerer alive, was the most potent special-grade jujutsu sorcerer. He had an arrogant personality but was very kind to the people he cared for.
The proper balance within the world between cursed spirits and non-sorcerers was maintained due to Gojo’s presence, as his power terrified cursed spirits.
He was sealed during the Shibuya Incident Arc, after which the cursed spirits ran amok because there was no significant power to stop them.
It is still hard to believe, but he died in the Shinjuku Showdown Arc after he got out of Prism Realm. He fought the King of Curses and showcased all of his abilities.
But for some reason, Gojo couldn’t defeat Sukuna and was butchered into two pieces. This death even shook the real world as people created altars for him, where they paid their respects.
